Registration for the remaining 150th Anniversary Events will open soon. Because all the events have limited capacity registration will be conducted as fairly as possible and will utilize a ‘first come, first served’ basis. However, the organizers (under the direction of the DGM) reserve the right to make adjustments to the attendee list should that be necessary to keep things fair. For example, a brother has registered successfully for a number of events and another brother has registered unsuccessfully (on the waiting list) for several. In that situation the organizers, at the DGM’s direction, may allocate a seat from one brother to another so that both can participate.
The event calendar will include two meals hosted by the DGM. The first is a long lunch on Friday, September 5th after the firing of the Jardines Noonday Gun which will be at the Royal HK Yacht Club. The second is the gala dinner at The HK Club on the evening of Saturday, September 20th. We are expected to be at maximum capacity in both venues. Therefore, please sign up for one or both of these events as soon as possible.
Transfers of registrations are not allowed. Should you register for an event and later find yourself unable to attend your fee will be refunded and your place allocated to the next brother on the waiting list. Refunds must be requested no later than 48 hours prior to the event and only occur if another brother from the waiting list is able to take your allocated seat.
All payments should be wired directly to the DGLHKFE account and a screenshot confirmation sent to dgtreashk@gmail.com and dglhkfe150@gmail.com. Make sure name of the brother and event is specified in the confirm and payment advice.
Note: Any registrations for paid events that have not been completed with payment at least two weeks prior to the event are subject to forfeiture and reallocation to a brother on the waiting list. Therefore, please make payment immediately upon registration so you don’t have a problem later.

3. By Cheque made payable (the least preferred method) to “Dist Gd Lodg HK & FE” to the District mailbox at Zetland Hall marked for the attention of the District Grand Treasurer (with a note that it is for payment for which event).
